We will not collect any personal information from you that you do not volunteer, and we are the sole owner of all information collected on this site. We do not sell, share, or rent this information to others in any way that we have not mentioned in this statement.

TV Coverz does not collect or maintain any financial information (i.e. credit card numbers, expiration dates, security codes etc...) from any visitors to the www.tvcoverz.com domain.

 SHIPPING

All products ordered from TV Coverz will ship within 7 business days of ordering. Customer will pay shipping costs - the delivery time will depend on the shipping method chosen by the customer during the checkout/ordering process.

 RETURN POLICY:

All of our TV covers are custom made. As a result we can not accept returns if the cover has been made to the specifications provided by the customer. Please make sure to measure twice, we cannot accept returns based on errors during the ordering process. Please double check your order before submitting. If you have placed an order and realize an error was made in the order entry process please contact us immediately so we may correct the error prior to fabrication. At TV Coverz we do our very best to identify inconsistencies and possible errors in dimension(s) but do not guarantee that we can do so. Once fabrication begins on your cover, changes can no longer be made.

TV Coverz will accept returns ONLY if the cover itself is defective in materials or workmanship. This includes errors in fabrication by TV Coverz including: the outdoor TV cover not being made to the specifications provided by the customer or if the fabric or other materials for your outdoor TV cover is/are flawed.

All information and suggestions are supplied to our customers with the expectation that our customers will make their own determination on how best to protect their outdoor TV. In no event will TV Coverz be liable for damages of any nature resulting from use of or reliance of information from this site or the products to which the information refers. TV Coverz are designed as an aesthetic enhancement for your TV and the surrounding decor. Customers should determine the suitability for their particular application based on placement of outdoor TVs and weather conditions. TV Coverz liability shall be limited solely to replacement of said goods.
